Just in case you haven’t noticed the apple season has started, and there's an abundance of delicious sweet apples at the farmers markets.
Try our delicious warm apple and berry crunch recipe below for a warm breakfast that will keep you going all morning.
4 medium apples peeled, cored & sliced
1 tablespoon rice bran or agave syrup (optional)
2-3 tablespoons filtered water
½ cup blueberries or mixed berries.
6 tablespoons Original Radiant Wellness Granola or GF Granola
6 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
Place apples, water and syrup (optional) in a pot and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes (can microwave for 2-3 minute depending on your microwave). Keep stirring and add a little more water if they are sticking to the pot. They can be left a little firmer if you like a bit of crunch! Stir through blueberries or mixed berries and divide into two serving bowls. Serve with Radiant Wellness Granola and Greek yoghurt.
Also delicious served cold in warmer weather.
